Lynch Realty, Inc is a family owned and operated full service real estate office. Our office is located on the Historic Town Square in Bloomfield, Iowa.  We are open week days 9AM to 5PM and by appointment anytime for your convenience.

In 1983 Lois Lynch started working for Julian Campbell Realtors as the office manager. In 1985 Lois obtained her real estate salesperson license and worked in both Bloomfield and Ottumwa offices. Rod also joined Julian Campbell Realtors as a salesperson in 1990. In 1996 Stephanie, Rod’s wife, joined Julian Campbell Realtors. In 1998 the Lynch Family bought the Bloomfield branch and changed the name to “Lynch Realty, Inc.”. In 2008 Lincoln, Rod and Stephanie’s son, joined the company as a salesperson. He later brought “Lynch Boy’s Auction Service” to the business. Lynch Realty also have non family members working in their business. The Lynch Family has made their home north of Bloomfield since 1965.
