Lois is a 40
year resident of Davis County. She & her husband, George,
raised 3 children on their Davis County farm. Lois has
been working in the real estate industry in the area since
1983, beginning as a secretary & getting her real estate
license in 1985. Lois worked as a Realtor for 13 years
before joining forces with her family to purchase Lynch
Realty, Inc. in February of 1998, now serving as broker for
the company. Lois is licensed in both Iowa & Missouri.
Lois serves on several committees in the community including
Bloomfield Main Street and the Davis County Development
Corporation.

Rod is a
lifetime resident of Davis County,
a graduate of Davis County
High School & Indian Hills Community College. He &
his wife, Stephanie have 3 children attending school in our
community. Rod works full time at Cargill as the Feed Team
Supervisor, is on the Davis County School Board, active in Davis
County Development Corporation & is involved with the
local Cattlemen's Assoc. as well as farming. He obtained
his real estate license in 1990 working as a Realtor before the
family venture of purchasing & operating Lynch Realty, Inc.

Stephanie
came to the area in her teens, graduating from Davis County High
School & Kirkwood Community College. She worked as a
dental assistant for several years before she & her husband
Rod started a family of 3 children, who attend Davis Co.
Schools. Stephanie obtained her real estate license in
1997, she worked in the area as a Realtor before joining her family
in owning Lynch Realty, Inc. in Bloomfield.

Nancy
was born and educated in Davis County. She has lived in the area
much of her life before moving in 1994 to Memphis, Missouri with
her husband, Mark, and their family. The Holt's have 5
children. Nancy obtained her real estate license in 1986,
working here in real estate in Davis County for 12 years before
joining Lynch Realty, Inc. at the time of their opening in
1998. Nancy is a licensed Realtor in both Iowa &
Missouri.

Tracy
is a long time resident of the area. Currently living in
Bloomfield with her husband, Matt, and two sons. She
obtained her real estate license in 2002, joining the staff of
Realtors at Lynch Realty, Inc. at that time. She is actively
involved with her family and church. She is also currently
attending Indian Hills Community College.

Marcella
is a long time resident of Davis County. She and her
husband, Billy, farm east of town. They have two grown
sons and three grandsons who live with their families in the
area. Marcella is employed by American Home Finding, as
well as working as a Realtor in the real estate field over the
past few years. Marcella joined the staff of Lynch Realty,
Inc. in 2003.

Donna
was born in Indiana where she received her degree from Indiana
University. She taught special education for nearly 6
years in Indianapolis. In the early 1970's, she moved to
Western Montana with her husband, Gene, where she worked in his chiropractic clinic before going into real estate in 1994.
Donna worked for 6 years as a Realtor in Montana. The
Wensel's have 3 grown children. They moved to Iowa in
December 1999, when Donna joined the Lynch Realty, Inc. team.

Cody is a
native of Davis County,
serving in the community as an educator
until his retirement. He has two grown daughters and lives
in Bloomfield with his wife, Marty. In addition to real
estate, Cody sells sports uniforms and products to area
teams. Cody is licensed in Iowa and joined
Lynch Realty, Inc. as a Realtor in May 2004.
